Project scope includes two phases. Phase I is 7,500 s.f. of new construction for new executive suite offices, conference room, reception area and restrooms. Phase II is a renovation of 7,500 s.f. for new medical offices for the hospital based internal medicine service. The spaces will include new offices, conference rooms, sleeping quarters and restrooms.
