Project scope consists of exterior renovation and fire protection upgrade. Exterior renovation includes new EFIS finish, replacement of over 200 student room windows, new storefront window system and new curtain wall replacement. Fire protection installation includes 90,000 s.f. over six floors, including fire protection in each room and connection to public water system. All work completed in 2½ months.
