Project scope included design-build of a new two-story office and laboratory testing building of approximately 13,000 s.f. The building provided an open reception area, conference rooms, staff/lunch room, 13 offices, two lab testing facilities, elevator and employee patio area. Project was completed ahead of schedule in August 2009.
